Payment Terms

Efendim provides all information, tools and services available to you through the website and the application (hereinafter referred to as “Efendim” or “the application” or “we” or “our”) in accordance with these terms and conditions and the policy they contain Usage, privacy policy and all other policies in compliance with all laws in force in Algeria, this policy applies to all of our payment or payable processes over our platform.

Please read this policy very carefully to make sure you understand each clause before proceeding to payment, as it affects your legal rights. By accessing or using any part of the application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.

If you do not agree to all the terms of this policy, then you may not access the application or use online payment services.

Efendim Payment Policy

All electronic payment offers are subject to Algerian laws, you must be fully aware of them through the bank which provided your “CIB” card.

Efendim is only a link between service seekers (clients) and service providers

It is not a delivery service company, logistical services, store, etc., so it is not responsible responsibility for any irregularities between the customer and the service provider.

Access to the payment services

3.1. 

All your transactions between us will be listed within the app and saved for a guaranteed period of three months.

3.2.

You are responsible for any use of your personal card, whether with or without your knowledge, by persons you specify, whether they are relatives or others.

We cannot be held responsible for any misuse of your CIB.

Payment Protection Policy:

4.1.

We do not store or share any of your CIB details.

4.1.1.

Your card must be subject to technology 3D Secure.

4.1.2.

Comply with all laws, terms and conditions, etc. It contains policies when using the application and payment services.

4.1.3. 

Any stolen or seized card that is used through our applications, the payment process will be rejected and the user’s information may be shared with the judicial authorities if necessary.

Disclaimer

5.1.

We are not responsible for the negative use of your card.

5.2.

We are not responsible for errors or malfunctions caused by banks, you can call the interbank service at any time on the green number listed in the application 3020.

5.2.1.

We are not responsible for changes in banks’ policies, refusing transactions, etc.

5.2.2. 

We are not responsible of stealing your personal card information by using unsafe apps or trying to “hack” or get “free” credit by illegal ways into the app.

Payment policy according to Local laws

6.1.

Prices: Prices of services are displayed in the country’s local currency, Algerian Dinars.

6.2.

Payment methods: We provide payment through the methods approved by us, which are: Cash – QR Cards – Bank – Payment on receipt – CIB, and we also reserve the right to add new payment methods in the future.

  6.3.

Usage fees: The use of the application is free, and we are entitled, according to our sole discretion, to charge fees for using the application or services and to update them at any time.

6.4.

Tax: The customer is obligated to pay the applicable value-added tax in the country.

6.6. 

Accuracy: The customer must ensure that the payment information is correct and accurate, and Efendim accepts no liability in the event that the customer makes a mistake in payment process.

 

7)

Refund Policy

7.1.

You agree to:

7.1.1.

Acknowledgment of full legal capacity to enter into contracts with us and that you have reached the legal age (at least 18 years old), or you have no right to compensation except with the permission of the guardian or the owner of the card.

7.1.2.

Be aware that through your use of electronic payment, if the payment process fails or does not occur, we are obligated to compensate you.

7.1.3. 

If the payment process has been completed and your account has been successfully filled out, the required amount cannot be refunded in any way to your bank account or card.

7.1.4. 

If you encounter any problem, we are obliged to solve it after informing us within a maximum period of 48 hours.

7.1.5. 

Immediately notify the application administration of any unauthorized use of the account or any breach of account and application security.

7.1.6. 

If you encounter any problem, you must notify us within a maximum period of one month. Otherwise, we will not be able to process it afterwards.

 

7.2.

By using the services, you agree not to take any of the following actions:

7.2.1.

Violating terms and conditions, or any of the applicable laws, regulations, regulations or rules, will make you forfeit the right of refund.

7.2.2.

A request to delete your account does not give the right for a refund.

7.2.3.

The charged balance is valid for one year from the date of shipment, after that your wallet will return to zero if it is not used, and you will not be able to recover the loaded amount.

Compensation or refunds may not necessarily be money sent to the bank or your card again, and may be products, services or in-app credits used for a specific period of one month to expire.

Any conflict in these policies with the Arabic version of the latter, makes the Arabic version the main version that must be followed, as this version is just a translation of it.

Conflict of terms: In the event of any conflict between these terms and any of its previous versions, the current version shall prevail unless otherwise stated in it.
